  1. Hi, I am going to having my own web page ATOS (Avaricious Traitors To Society), soon and I would like your permission and that of whywaitforever.com to put links to your pages, and will reference any extracts of information e.g. contract between DWP and Atos, taken from your site. I will not copy any comments etc unless I have permission to do so.
I will be posting extracts from my (now)2 failed assessments, letters to and from DWP and anything I have to expose these charlatans to help others become aware of the scandal that has been going on for way too long. I will still remain a loyal fan of your two websites, as without you, people like myself would have succumbed to the evil that Atos and DWP inflict on its victims, without the knowledge of how to fight back.

  3. Having established that the Atos Healthcare medical examination is going to be recorded regardless of whether they like it or not it is now time to go to the next stage which is to cover my back in case of every eventuality that may occur during the examination.

To do this I have compiled a few basic questions and a legal statement, which I believe, will do the job nicely.

You can find the template to use in your examination by going to:

  5. Once you have used the tape recording or video recording strategy with Atos Healthcare and attempted to read out the template letter, they will cancel your healthcare examination several times until they eventually pass your file back to the DWP for assessment.

This single action by Atos Healthcare confirms that their medical examinations are nothing more than a breach of your civil rights in keeping your medical records confidential from private enterprise. It also shows that they medical examination is not necessary for the DWP to make a decision regarding your benefits and therefore is a total waste of public money.

However, I do believe honestly that this is nothing more than a Bilderberg Group scam whereby the Bilderberg Group controlled government politicians issue bogus contracts to a Bilderberg Group Corporate Members that is paid for by borrowing from the Bilderberg Group controlled banks with money charged against the tax payer. If this is the case, it does not matter how successful Atos Healthcare is in achieving its objectives as long as it makes money for themselves, the banks and the politicians concerned.

The next stage for the claimant is to repeat the whole recording process when interviewed by the DWP. In this case under the Freedom Of Information Act the claimant ask for copies of all documents, letters, forms or written notes either physical or electronic and including all recorded material and transcripts of all conversations and statements of opinions pertaining to the decisions that have affected the outcome of their case.

The reason given for wanting this information is that you the claimant are compiling cases in the first instance in relation to an official appeal against any such decision and in the second stance legal cases under the Tort of Law for any harm that any of the above information may have caused you the claimant.

It is obvious that the DWP will not want to give you this information and you may in the end have to use a solicitor to obtain it under what is legally termed ‘Discovery’.

This is as far as I have got so far so cannot advise you any further until the game unfolds.

  6. You can find a lot more information in the forums of Consumer Defence League found by going to this link.http://consumerdefenceleague.com/Forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=363&page=1

If you really want to know why the government is doing this to you then go to http://consumerdefenceleague.com/Forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=391 and read through some of the threads. It will really open your eyes as to what is driving this Con-Dem-Lab consortium of Bilderberg Group controlled political parties.
