Hello again readers, I need your help. I am afraid I can not give full details for the request I am about to make (At the present moment) as I am bound by confidentiality and I beg your indulgence. I am looking for anyone who knows of an ATOS Doctor either presently employed by ATOS Origin or an ex employee of ATOS Origin, who is willing to discuss their experiences whilst in the employ of ATOS. I would also be interested to hear from anyone who is or has been employed in any other aspect by ATOS Origin, who are equally willing to discuss their experiences.
The reason for making this request is important and may well benefit the disabled population of the UK as a whole, providing the individuals are willing to come forward, I can be contacted directly via the blog by responding to this post or by my email address which is dwpexamination@aol.com All communications will be treated in the strictest confidence and the contents of any private email will remain unpublished and private untill permission for the use of the information therein is obtained from the author. Please note, I do not operate comment moderation and any responses to this post will appear automatically.
It has always been my intention to fight for the rights of the disabled and I may have discovered an opportunity to do very publicly. I hope that this course of action will highlight the plight of the disabled population of the UK and bring the methods used by ATOS and the DWP into the public eye and put them under scrutiny.
In the past, disabled residents of the UK have been portrayed as scroungers, who deliberately lie to obtain benefits falsely and live a life of luxury from the proceeds of their crime. This is not the case, although I acknowledge there are some very serious examples of fraud. This image needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency and the long, degrading, frustrating and often mind-boggling path to disability benefits brought firmly to the attention of the public.
I believe that this is the only way to (A) identify the real scroungers and see them brought to justice. (B) allow the general public access to the often heartbreaking cases where genuine applicants are turned down despite providing cast iron proof of their disability. and finally to lay to rest the myth that disability benefits are easy to get.

Im James and have suffered this plight for two years. I am the carer for a girl with mental health issues since birth along with the progressive illnesses that are born from her mental health. After two years of going through what now all is going through, we won all the appeals that had to be set and proved atos was wrong along with the D W P. We received this news on last Monday and on Friday we received a letter from the job centre that asks us to do it all over again on the basis that Atos now again says that this girl of 22 is fit for work???. I have the meeting with the Atos Doctor/monster all on video. Would you like to view this?

Hi, I have decided to help get the message across to the unsuspecting public by starting a campaign against DWP and Atos to gain support from ‘The People’. We do not need to spend £91 million pound on a referendum, we can have free opinion polls and campaigns.
I want to start a campaign against the above mentioned to bring about change, to demand the installation of cameras and recording equipment in assessment centre interview/interrogation rooms. These people use ctv for their own agendas and people need protection. We have all heard the warnings when we phone DWP, this will be recorded for training and ? whatever purposes….blah blah blah. EVERYTHING should work both ways.
My big problem is I want guidance (preferably some one to come on board to help me with this, even some kind of committee, you know ? heads are better than 1. I have basic computer skills, and would need help to get a free forum/webpage on line. Can someone advise and anyone wish to come on board?
I realised a while ago that I could not work because of diminishing cognitive problems which fluctuate throughout the day. My brain frequently leaves the building! My next idea was to do voluntary work so I can help others instead of myself. I still would not be able to do what I applied for, (things are getting worse and am still having medicalinvestigations without any diagnosis yet) so this is my last stab at doing something worhtwhile for the benefit of EVERYONE who matters……those who are being crushed. I am fighting my own personal battle as best I can, with whatever support I can muster, like I said to my GP, there are many who cannot fight. I need to do my best for these people and want to start right now. can anyone advise/offer support and get bask to me a.s.a.p. I am mainly going to have to get online during night until 27th of May whenI have upgraded and am getting more download time. So if replies come back on this page (I get confused as to where my posts are situated at times), I will be able to access quicker.
Please someone help whilst I still have some brain left to be able to use! When it works, it works well, but it goes AWOL at times which is why I cannot do this on my own. I also want DWP/ATOS to stop the word games and shifting of responsibility and made accountable. I have had 3 letters from Atos about my complaint and none acknowledge my actual complaint and each time they refer irt to another person.Grrrr. I am demanding this stop. Lets have some polls on this forum and start using the Power of the People. Thank you for listening.

I can understand your frustration, I’m frustrated too. As you know we need help from the media, and for the moment at least they are mostly on the side of ATOS.
John Domokos is a Journalist for the Guardian who is under no illusions, he knows we are all heading to hell at the hands of this Government, ATOS can be stopped, and would have been if the Daily mail and Express hadn’t poked their noses in and defended them to the hilt with their continuous pro ATOS lies over the last two years.

Thank you dwpex. This is exactly what I want and will make this my priority today. I am pretty useless at many things at the moment, which is why I am disabled and need ESA, but I realise that I can still be useful and give back to society. I have had to fight authority before and realise that defending people is what I do best, so this is my only goal now, justice for all and expose the real fraudsters.
I cannot express my gratitude to you enough. I was helpless before I discovered your webpage and you have lifted me from gloom and depression, because I was going to give up because I did not know what to do. My friends couldnt help with advice either because this was new to them. They know now that you and others like you can help and are supporting us all.
Disappointed in my mp, she has proved that she will be on side of DWP and Atos. I will eventually find out how to scan from pc to your site ( I need very basic insrctns with no jargon) and will display hers and my letters and other responses I think people may be interested in. It seems that all MPs almost without exception have swallowed the Government lie that the welfare reform with it’s sanctioning of benefits and the use of that dreadful company ATOS is the way to go.
Whether they actually believe this nonsense or are just in complete denial is neither here nor there anymore, as far as i’m concerned every MP (except Hugh O’Donnell) are corrupt and the sooner they are kicked out of office the better life will be for our people and our country.

Of course Stan knows that this criminal Smith will completely ignore it, but he (Smith) can never ever say in the future to Stan or anyone else that signs that letter that ” HE WASN’T WARNED, THAT NOBODY SPOKE UP ”. The recent kicking to the Lib-Dems is just the start, and if he and his gang of criminals don’t wise up and listen to what we and the rest of the people are saying, then they will be out on their arses.
Make no mistake, this is a criminal Government, they keep banging on about democracy but in no way practice it themselves, they are bullies and cowards and so are that other lot of miscreants New Flippen Labour, they are just as bad.
Look at what’s happened in Scotland ?, do you think that the people of that great country want to stab England in the back and demand independence ? I can assure you the answer is NO they used the voting system to send a message to the Tories, Lib-Dems and that other lot of miscreants New Labour that their corrosive style of Government is not wanted and is totally unacceptable. It’s our duty to resist them, it’s our duty to cause them as much havoc and problems as possible, it pains me to see that some of our fellow countrymen and woman are totally deluded and believe the nonsense they spout, are actually going to demonstate in London shortly in support of the cuts, YES THAT’S RIGHT these Idiots are demanding the Government kick them in the balls and that they’re not kicking hard enough.

I lived in Scotland for several years before returning to England and my view of the Scots is they are wanting to bring about change but are frightened/or inexperienced in fighting authority. Many voice their discontentment of how their country is run, but very few seem to take it further, which is what the government relies on.
Your comments about “believing the nonsense they spout”,reminded me something I learned many years ago; people believe what they want to believe, whether it be the truth or not. Sometimes, because it is safe to go into denial and let others take on the challenge, they dont fully grasp the enormity of the problems being faced today and need to be enlightened. Thats where we come in. Only the brainwashed would support the cuts, no-one with a brain which can think independently would do so. Perhaps they all share a brain cell and its on holiday at the moment!

Hi again, forgot to mention yesterday, thank you Peterxxx and dwpexe,for contact details on ‘our friendly reporter’, he is phoning me today. I hope I can be of help to him by using my case/and name to benefit others who cannot stand up for themselves.I can back up what I say, the truth (real evidence) versus government lies and propaganda. I have nothing to lose but just my basic rights to gain and the buzz I get from helping others. I am determined to make the brainwashed public become enlightened to the atrocities going on under their noses with the approval of the government. I do not like bullies, they are cowards who deflect the attention away from themselves by preying on the weak.All these latest attacks in the media are to make people forget their proven fraud; the mps expenses. That scandal pales into insignificance; compared to what is happening to the most vulnerable members of our society. The only way to deal with bullies; is to stand up to them. There are many ways this can be done and we need to make the public aware of this.

ATOS and the DWP thought we were just going to accept all that punishment they have inflicted on us for the last two years, they thought we would just go away and not fight back. They have everything on their side such as the media, and that’s most newspapers, the Government, almost every Member of Parliament backed them. They even have the Independent case examiner on board, and they can police themselves as well because all complaints about ATOS are investigated by themselves and of course they always find in favour of themselves. The GMC and the BA ar also on their side, and to rub salt in the wound these idiots who run these charities and sat/sit in along with ATOS gave/giving a big HURRAH to the unfair descriptor system and all it’s horrors are also on their side.
ATOS and the DWP have even managed to rig the appeal system in their favour by sneaking in the back doors of the triibunal service all over Britain and interfering with claimants appeals on the sly. (They tried to tell the lie, that it was for our benefit etc. Yea sure it is/was). no wonder the percentage of claimants who win their appeals is a steady 39%, the most it varies by is plus or minus 1% month in month out, and the reason for that impossible consistency is because the tribunal service is rigged as well. I believe it should be around 95% winning their appeals for IB/ESA and as you can see that’s double theiir figures.
Even after after all that, ATOS still can’t win, now they must see it will not be long before this whole sham is exposed to the public, when the public finally get the message and finally grasp the truth, when the public realise they have been conned and lied to by this Government and the Daily mail and express…then ATOS healthcares dreams and aspirations will be no more.
We can have no mercy on ATOS healthcare et al, we must demand justice, they have been ruthless with us, they have shown us no consideration whatsoever, they have rode roughshod over us, and when the time comes and it will not be long, we must demand retribution is done and seen to be done, so that this can never happen in Britain ever again.

Wow, ..took me eternity to find this! I am mentally disabled having suffered severe head-injury as a direct result of the Government – my injuries were caused by a government employee while he was collecting troops for the UK army…
Anyway, …it’s a long story and I can hopefully validate my delays by explaining my brain cannot remember most things and I have difficulty with decision-making due to the bashing to my brain the government caused…
Anyway, the previous Conservative government said, after initial argument, that they agreed that as my injuries and hence disabilities and hence location – I was taken abroad by my mother who had made prior arrangements to retire abroad – are the government’s fault so I would get a full pension for life wherever I went to settle and suffer…
The Labour idiots changed this and ignored all requests I made for them to rectify it… The new David Cameron office is also ignoring things said by the previous conservative crew… I think David Cameron and Gordon Brown are, something like…Blood-Brothers!
Anyway, because of this, 100% of the reasons for me being abroad because I am disabled and certified never to work again, are the UK government….the fault for my disabilities and difficulties etc are the government’s fault, I seek a lawyer who can claim for me – I was refused legal-aid to sue them, ..probably because I told them this, so payment on completion, but as I have been robbed and hence plagued with distress(I suffer from suicidal-tendencies becaus eof the injuries they caused..)….and hence made to react(as head-injured persons do)..and hence my relationships have failed due to my anger caused by the UK corrupticians…and I have been unable to follow, as I was doing, in my elder brother’s footsteps – he lives and works in the US, ..earning $150,000 a year, ..with 2 new cars and a new motorbike(I can no longer drive because of the injuries caused by the government)..and a big house…and I would probably have followed in his footsteps had it not been for the UK employee who wanted me dead…
I want to claim £999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999.35 for the opportunities I have been robbed of – I cannot win the lottery as I have been forced abroad – my mum died early due to the additional stresses and strains caused by her disabled son(me) ..caused by the government causing my injuries and hence I went to the cheapest country in Europe(Bulgaria)….and had I visited my elder brother in the S, ..my lucky dollar would have won me millions at the Las Vegas Casino he took me too, ..and considering the years I have been robbed, and my difficulty with my decision-making and memory have prevented me – as a direct result of the injuries caused by the UK government – to be unable to do…I would maybe have started MacDoogles….(Similar to MacDonalds(..but with a better Chicken Whopper!)…that could have made this sum…
The government CANNOT say this would not have happened…..
