For some time now I have been receiving disturbing emails from readers who are victims of ATOS or the DWP. In most cases I do not reply, this is my personal choice and is not meant to be offensive. I much prefer to communicate through the blog or our sister forum which is available at http://dwpexaminations.blacktrianglecampaign.org/phpBB3/ The reason I prefer to correspond via these media is simple, it allows the sender to express themselves freely and encourages debate and support from disabled benefit claimants and their carers. This method also brings the underhanded methods used by ATOS and the DWP out into the open, away from the shadows and mist they prefer to operate from. This in turn often offers up several solutions and possible courses of action which can then be used or ignored by the reader. There are many cases on the blog and forum, from which the reader can gain an insight into the way others in a similar situation have been treated or mistreated.
Remember these facts;
You are not alone.
Thousands of disabled people suffer the same underhanded tactics you are suffering every week.
ATOS and the DWP are responding to targets set by our Government, though they will deny this.
ATOS and the DWP deliberately work hand in hand to reduce the number of disability benefit claimants, you are just one among many.
ATOS and the DWP do not like you to discuss this in the open.
ATOS and the DWP despise blogs and forums like those managed by DWP examination.
Lets work to gether to expose ATOS and the DWP for the bullies they really are, I know its a bit like airing your dirty washing, they know this and rely upon your own need for privacy and use it to thier own advantage. Lets bring these pirates out into the daylight where everyone can see them for what they are.

My comment would be as a 52 year old Geek. with a long history of Quality-ISO 9000 & Production Management, Senior management behind me. I had a “Total Mental and Emotional “Breakdown”-”Meltdown”, several years ago. hit the depression, pointlessness, of it all and the demon drink, Now have been listed as unemployed and in the middle of surviving. This site has given me a lot of hope and I have been warring since June 2009 with the D.W.P.. Recently I won an Appeal against the Jobcentre in Sunderland For my Jobseekers Allowance And have stiil not seen a penny.SINCE-21-10-2010.
I am most unhappy and still awaiting the next Incapacity appeal hearing which has been postponed yet again whilst Judges have my IB50 I personally handed copies to tribunal on 21-10-2010.to pass on and Posted in Original to DWP-Sunderland and no word since!!!.Oh Dear I suppose this has the same effect as the DWP losing my bank account details in January2010. ALL is still in the hands of my solicitors to date and I look Forward to some progress???. HEE.HEE. My sense of humour has gone “PAST THE PAIL” & past the Human threshold of “SANITY”. I have A documented SAGA and recordings and videos on my Nokia X6 which I love but O2- are taking me to court for it.£360.00. I may see them in the court at same time as Council Tax and Eviction Notice Hearings.
I have “IT ALL”. On Paper, Laptop,Memory Sticks. It’s a Hell of a Tale and “REALITY LIFE IN THE U.K”.
I am still waiting for a reply from the D.W.P..(The “Diversionary Weapons People”.)

Welcome to our rapidly expanding community, yet another example or the underhanded treatment by the DWP and thier enforcement arm ATOS. First, you are not alone, everyone here is in a similar position, you will find good support and information here.
