If you want to ask me something ? ask here or pick one of the pages of this Blog on the right hand side.
Alternatively go to our sister site and ask http://www.dwpexamination.org
I’ve stopped taking personal e-mails, sorry, and no longer respond to them after experiencing three days of abuse and death threats a couple of months ago.

They are trying it on Tom, hoping you are either to ill or can’t be bothered appealing.
You must appeal, not just because you will win easily, but you can’t let them do this to you and allow yourself to be a soft target in the future.
First you need to write the DWP a letter, explain that you do not agree with their decision, and therefore you wish to appeal, please forward to me a GL24 appeal form as soon as possible etc.
Secondly, think up a username and log into our sister site (see link below), they can help you with the correct approach to your appeal, avoiding pitfalls etc.
For instance, the DWP will reconsider your appeal, and let you know they have reconsidered and still stand by their original decision.
It will be worded in such a way as to give you the impression that your appeal has been heard and your appeal was disallowed and so you better just give up old boy if you know what”s good for you.
Of course they will not tell you that their reconsideration is mandatory by law, and so if you wish to really carry on with the appeal then you now need to contact the appeal service yourself after they reconsider.
It’s all a con old boy, wise up if you haven’t already, they are trying every trick in the book to thwart your appeal, so get help and don’t go it alone, there are deliberate pitfalls and traps all the way.
